SONYA BARBA

Sonya Barba is a fully qualified professional therapist and a teacher.
She is an accredited Reiki and Seichem Master with the International Guild of Professional Practioners and a full member of the Complementary Therapists Association.
Sonya has an ITEC diploma in Holistic Massage Therapy and trained with the National Federation of Spiritual Healers and The College of Psychic Studies in London.
Her life journey and experiences with the angelic realm guided her to become an accreditated Angel Therapist and Ascension Teacher with Diana Cooper School of Angels.
She is a sensitive and a naturally gifted seer, clairaudient and clairsentient. Her work involves working with Angelic beings and High Level Spirit Guides.
Sonya holds a degree in Fine Art and she has been interested in using the power of art as a form of communication and healing for the last 6 years. She completed a foundation course in Art Therapy with the British Association of Art Therapists and worked at the General Bristol Hospital as an Art Therapy Activities Volunteer. She also studied a foundation course in Counseling Skills from a Transpersonal Psychology Perspective and she is currently undertaking a M.A. in Art Psychotherapy. She is a teacher of Art and Design.

COMPLEMENTARY THERAPIES
Massage Therapy
Massage is an ancient art directed to promote and restore health by using the power of touch.
When combined with skills and techniques from deep tissue massage, relaxing Swedish massage, lymphatic drainage, acupressure and Indian head massage, this therapy can bring about many beneficial changes within the body, mind and spirit of the whole person.
Prices: (initial consultation included)
Full Body Massage, £50 (1hr and a half)
Back, head and shoulders, £28 (40 minutes)
Head and face massage, £18 (30 minutes)
Foot massage: £14 (20 minutes)
Treatments can be offered in conjunction with aroma oils if desired.
Reiki and Seichem
Traditional Usui Reiki and Tera Mai Seichem are gentle natural healing methods directed to empower and harmonise the body system at all levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

Life Path Readings
Offers practical guidance from spirit to help you to illuminate your path and gain insight into life issues that currently need to be dealt at different levels.
This creates a new space for clarity and healing, enhancing the possibilities for change.
It can focus on specific questions related to work, relationships, home, career, spiritual development and personal happiness.
1 hr session: £40
Half hour: £28
Intuitive Spiritual Coaching and Soul Healing
A holistic session that combines coaching and healing in a spiritual context and involves working with a variety of tools and techniques such as energy balance, intuitive spiritual guidance, stress management and soul support to help you with your current life circumstances.
Spiritual coaching and healing can be a one-off session or offered as a long term commitment tailored around your needs.
1 hr and a half session: £45
OTHER SERVICES
Spiritual Art Healing
Spiritual Art Healing is a form of meditation where the recipient works with the creative self, using visual art media.
This creative process opens a space for exploration on life situations, decisions and emotions that need healing and guidance. The therapist will use intuitive and spiritual counselling to help the recipient to journey into the process of personal discovery and freedom.
1hr and 30 minutes session: £45
